This is a non-transferrable Limited Warranty and covers the original purchaser of the product only. This warranty cannot be transferred to other persons or entities. Original purchaser must provide proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.

FLEXICON FITNESS LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the warrantied product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the specific product (listed in Exhibit A Below) when the product is used under normal uses and conditions.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Components which experience wear as a result of normal use.
• Damage which occurs through: Improper use, Misuse, Abuse, Negligence, Acts of nature, and/or Accident including: Failure to perform routine maintenance, Failure to follow the assembly instructions supplied with the product, Failure to follow the operating instructions supplied with the product.
• Products used in institutional, commercial, and/or rental applications.
• Products which have been improperly stored (ex: outside).
• Products modified or repaired in any way by anyone not authorized by FLEXICON INC.
• Please see Exhibit A Below for additional product / component-specific limitations.
• Any consequential or incidental damages of any kind, including but not limited to: Transportation, Loss of time, Loss of use, etc., unless otherwise directed by the laws of your specific state.

Any implied warranty coming from state law is limited to the same terms provided for the specific product / component listed in Exhibit A Below, unless the laws of your state direct otherwise.
