Returns & Refunds

1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD

Return requests will be considered for a period of 30 days after receipt of goods by the purchaser. To qualify for consideration the purchaser must provide:

A. Proof of purchase

B. Order number

C. Shipping invoice

D. Date of purchase

E. Delivery date

F. Reason for return

Return Request documents should be processed as per the direction on the website above.

If the return period has passed, the product is not eligible for return/refund.

2. HOW TO RETURN

Approved return requests must be processed by the purchaser in the following fashion:

A. Product must be in the original packaging and cartons

B. Product must be packed within the carton so as to avoid damage during shipment, similar to the manner in which it was received by the purchaser.

C. Product cartons must have the pre-approved return authorization number plainly and obviously written / printed on each carton.

3. WHERE TO RETURN

4. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping and handling for all approved returns must be insured and pre-paid by the customer

A. Monetary refunds do not include shipping & handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

B. Delivery, installation, and / or assembly services will not be refunded.

C. If free shipping is listed on the original invoice, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

D. Loss, theft, damage, delay, or failure to deliver the return is the responsibility of the customer / shipping company.

E. A refund will not be issued if the product is not received.

5. RETURN INSPECTION AND VALIDATION

Refunds will not be issued for items that were:

1. Resold

2. Purchased via a sales channel other than the product website or an approved retail partner.

3. Damaged by misuse or abuse

4. Damaged by use other than for the intended purpose.

After the approved return is received, it will be inspected.

A refund will issued within a reasonable amount of time after it has been inspected and approved for refund distribution.

6. HOW IS THE APPROVED REFUND PROCESSED

A. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product is received.

B. Approved refunds in the amount of the purchase price will be made in the method used for the original purchase.

C. For approved returns whose original purchase was made on a credit card, please allow 14 business days for processing.

7. COMMUNICATION OF RETURN STATUS

A. The customer will be notified via email, within a reasonable period of time, as to the status of the return, approved or denied.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

A. An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order date. You can cancel your order by sending a cancellation request to [email protected]

B. If the cancellation request is received within the cancellation period, a full refund will be issued.
